Final American Day with the Grettons

Today we said goodbye to the Grettons. Hannah slept over last night and she, Bethany and Nathan were outside, on the back deck, watching the night sky. This morning we had our “american breakfast” of home made waffles and bacon. We went over to the house where they were staying, swam in the pool for a final hour, played Marco Polo (which they just learned yesterday), jumped off the diving board onto boogy boards and ate barbequed hot dogs for lunch. We helped them pack up and said our final goodbyes and gave lots of goodbye hugs. The kids did a group hug together, that was absolutely brilliant (as Cathy would say). We are all going to miss them and we look forward to visiting with them some day in England.
