My creative process flows from practicing the art of SoulStrolling® – mindfulness in motion. At home and abroad I desire to pay attention to the ordinary and extraordinary, from pruning ferns in my backyard to standing below the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France, encountering an owl in the woods close to home to swimming alongside turtles in Hawaii, sitting on my deck watching hummingbirds to observing donkey’s steady clip-clop in Hydra, Greece.

May these poems inspire you to pause, reflect and sink into your unique life. May nature in all her wonder, mystery and magic greet you daily with conversations from trees, encounters with animals and support for your path.
